​This "self-Identifying Designation" provides Employers with the opportunity to show their commitment and support to our Military/Veteran Community.

​*This is an internal self-Certification offered by The National Veterans Chamber of Commerce and it is recognized by participating organizations/entities working in Collaboration with the National Chamber.

The Veteran-Friendly Designation is the first step in the process. This self-Certification" demonstrates the Company's desire to support our Military and  Veteran Community.

Employers must meet a minimum of 6 from the list below:

1. Employer is committed to hiring Veterans
2. Shows job postings designated for Military/Veterans.
3. Participates in Community hiring events
4. Employer Demonstrates an ongoing effort of  Hiring Military/Veterans and or Spouses.
5. Maintains (or is creating) a Military/Veteran Onboarding Program.
6. HR personnel have completed the "HR Liaison Certificate" awarded by the National veterans Chamber. 
7. Employer Demonstrates with a hiring track record that the Organization is actively involved in Hiring Military/Veterans and or Military Spouses.
8. Onboarding Program of Military/Veterans is currently Active 
9. Maintains a Current Designation as HR Liaison.
10. Holds a Current designation for Veteran Peer to Peer and or Mentorship program.
