(1) The Supervisor Mind-Set:
This Module covers the Roles and the Mindset of a Supervisor - We focus on the difference in behavior as an employee vs as a Supervisor. We also cover the "Military Transition from Employee to Supervisor, its challenges and the best ways to make the transition.
(2) Motivation:
Motivating employees is probably one of the most crucial aspects of employee Supervision. Employees who love their jobs tend to be more productive and more committed to the organization. The goal as a supervisor is to be able to help employees find their drive and their true "personal-motivator".
Motivation is based on self-discovery. We know that no one can motivate others and that effective supervisors are able to "coach" and inspire so employees may find their own Internal motivation.
(3) Effective Communication:
Storytelling for Supervisors - Learn the skills that will transform plain, boring and unconnected Instructions into a Goal driven and employee engagement collaboration that will Superthrive your employees.
Communication is the foundation of the supervisor's role. Having the right set of communication skills will positively have a positive impact on your position to better Inspire and Motivate your team.
Here are some of the Communication skills that will be covered in the program: Active Listening, Socratic Questions, Story telling, the "No You" - "No But" - "No Why" concept.

You will learn how to effectively delegate tasks with little to no effort, Understand who in your team is ready to take on a project while others may need more coaching.
(5) Empowerment: Empower employees are more than just letting people do - It is about a "Transfer of Trust" and the perception on the part of the employee of that trust - The Course covers the mindset of ownership when an employee feels trusted (empowered) and the positive impact this has on your employee.
