What makes our program Different?
We are the Only program that empowers students, putting students in the "Driver's Seat" - By empowering students we give them a chance to increase confidence, reduce interview fear, increase communication skills, practice networking and most importantly, develop corporate relations with those employers that may be the best match for the student.
This is NOT a Job fair
Employers are invited to be in a panel (usually between 5 no more than 10) to present to students and to describe "Why" students should work for their company.
Employers are given 5 to 10 minutes each to present. Students take notes and write their questions. Once all employers have presented, Employers are then set up in a room or round table where students will meet with them "Interview Style" for about 10 minutes each.
Note: students select the employers they want to meet with (and not the employer) - This approach gives students the ability to be proactive, ask questions & interview the Interviewer
