Welcome!
Our Vision:
To serve as the Project Incubation Platform, Empowering Veteran-Leaders who are Ready, Willing and Able to Lead Projects in their Local Communities.
What We Do
- Establish Partnerships of Collaboration between Veteran-Leaders and Local Communities
- Veteran and Community-Centered Training with Impact
At NVCCSD, we empower veterans, transitioning service members, their families, and employer partners through innovative workforce training and education programs.
Our programs—funded in part by the Employment Training (ETP) and aligned with WIOA—support long-term employment outcomes, economic self-sufficiency, and successful community reintegration.
By partnering with employers, we deliver free job training that not only upskills the workforce but also strengthens business capacity to hire, train, and retain veterans and employees at local communities.

We Believe in the Family Approach.
We Believe in supporting all Veterans, Military Spouses, Parents and Children.
